Brand Voice Engine
Stop sounding like ChatGPT. Sound like you, weekly.
A content engine trained on your actual writing. Every Monday it drafts a week of social posts in your voice — paired with the right visual, ready for you to approve. The same engine I run for my own two brands.
The voice problem
You can spot AI-written content from 30 feet. Three em-dashes per paragraph. Every post starts with “In today’s fast-paced world.” Every conclusion is “the future is bright.” It reads like a press release wrote a press release.
Your prospects can spot it too. They scroll past it the same way you do. The point of posting isn’t to fill a feed — it’s to sound like a person who knows things, said by a person they’d want to know. Generic AI content does the opposite. It makes you sound like the seventeen other operators in your zip code who also subscribed to the same tool.
Most "AI content tools" are autocomplete with a logo. They take a prompt, run it through the same model everyone else is using, and spit out the same beige paragraph dressed in a different font. You can sub them in for any other tool on the market and the output won't change. That's not a content engine. That's a vending machine.
The 2026 social platforms reward voice over volume. Posts that sound like a specific human pull 3-5x the engagement of posts that sound like a brand. That's not a marketing trend, that's the algorithm openly punishing generic content. And generic is exactly what every solo operator ends up posting when they outsource writing to a tool that's never read a word they've written.
This engine starts with you, not a prompt. Onboarding pulls 30-50 samples of your actual writing — past posts, emails, podcast transcripts, voice memos, whatever you've got — and trains the agent on how you talk. Your sentence rhythms. Your jokes. The phrases you use that nobody else uses. The opinions you hold that everyone else is too careful to say out loud. The output reads like you wrote it on your best day, because that's what it was trained on.
Every Monday at 6 AM, a week's worth of drafts hits your inbox. A full content slate sized to your platform mix — long-form for LinkedIn, short and punchy for X, image-paired for Instagram and Facebook, threads where they fit. Every piece tagged with a recommended visual. You open the email with coffee, approve what works, kill what doesn't, and ship the keepers in 15 minutes. The agent never publishes on its own. The agent drafts. You ship. Auto-publish is off by default — your account, your name, your call.
The math. A solo operator who posts twice a week and wants to post daily is leaving roughly 250 posts a year on the table. At industry-average conversion, that's somewhere between 8 and 20 missed inbound conversations a year. One closed deal pays for the agent for two years. Two closed deals pay for everything you'll ever spend on content.
What Brand Voice Engine does for you
Plugs into your existing tools
Don’t see your platform or scheduler? The agent writes for any major social platform and hands off to any scheduler. If you publish manually, by VA, or through a tool we didn’t list, the workflow still fits.
How we work together
Strategy call (30 min)
We talk through your business, your platforms, your goals, and what 'sounding like you' actually means. You leave the call with a clear picture of what the agent will produce and whether Brand Voice Engine is the right fit. No sales pressure — if it's not a fit, we'll say so on the call.
Setup call (60 min)
We collect your voice samples together — past posts, emails, podcast clips, voice memos, whatever you've got. We confirm your platform mix, your topic guardrails, your off-limits list, and which scheduler or VA the drafts will hand off to. Setup fee is paid here.
Voice tuning (3-5 days)
We train the agent on your samples and run an internal calibration pass. You'll review the first sample batch before anything goes live. If the voice isn't there yet, we tune until it is. No drafts hit your real inbox until you've signed off on the voice.
Go live
Every Monday at 6 AM, your weekly content drop lands in your inbox. You approve, you ship. The agent learns from every post you keep, edit, or kill — so by month three, the drafts read closer to you than they did in week one.

Questions
How is this different from ChatGPT or Jasper or any other AI writing tool?
ChatGPT writes content. This agent writes your content. The difference is the voice intake — 30-50 samples of your actual writing get loaded in before the agent drafts a single post. Generic tools start with a blank model and a prompt. This one starts with you. Read three posts side by side and you'll spot the difference in 10 seconds.
I've never been good at writing samples or prompts. Will this still work?
Yes — and that's specifically what the onboarding solves. You don't need to write us a brief or describe your voice. You hand over the writing you already have. Old emails to clients, podcast clips, voicemails you've left, posts you put up two years ago. The agent reads how you talk and works from there. If you can talk, the agent can learn your voice.
What if I hate the first batch?
Then we tune it before week two. The voice intake is the foundation, but the first 2-3 weeks are calibration. You tell us what missed — too formal, not punchy enough, wrong jokes — and the agent adjusts. By week four, the drafts read like you on your best day. If they don't, that's what the 30-day refund is for.
Will this make me sound like everyone else who's using AI?
The opposite. Most AI content reads identical because most operators are typing the same prompts into the same model with no voice context. This agent's whole job is to sound unlike the AI default — your sentence rhythms, your phrases, your contrarian takes, your jokes. The output should make people who know you say 'yeah, that's something they'd write.'
I post on LinkedIn (or Instagram, or wherever) — does this work for my platform?
Yes. The agent writes for whichever platforms you actually use — LinkedIn long-form, Instagram captions, X threads, Facebook posts, Threads, or any combination. Tell us your stack on the strategy call and the weekly drop is sized to it. We don't force you to be on platforms you don't use.
Who's actually doing the posting?
You are, or your VA is. The agent drafts, you approve, somebody publishes. Auto-publish is off by default because the second an AI starts posting on your account without you reading the post first is the second something embarrassing goes live. Your account, your name, your call. We can flip auto-publish on later if you want it, but the default is human-in-the-loop.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime, no contract. The voice profile we built for you stays yours — we'll export it on the way out. Setup fee is refundable for 30 days if the agent isn't producing content you'd actually publish. Past 30 days the setup is non-refundable but the monthly is month-to-month.
