What's actually in the morning briefing?
Six sections: your Top 3 priorities, email triage with VIP flagging, today's calendar with prep notes, team chat pulse, yesterday's key numbers from your business tools, and loose ends you said you'd do yesterday but didn't. Total read time is about 3 minutes.
What tools does Daily Beat read from?
Gmail or Outlook for email, Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, Slack for team chat, and your business metrics tools (Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Google Analytics, or Mailchimp). You connect only what you use.
When does the briefing arrive?
Default is 7:00 AM in your local timezone. You can pick any time that works for you during onboarding. Weekends are off by default but optional.
How is this different from just checking my email?
Checking email takes 30-45 minutes and doesn't include your calendar, chat, or metrics. Daily Beat reads all of those, prioritizes what matters, and delivers it in 3 minutes. It also flags things your inbox doesn't — like loose ends from yesterday or VIP messages buried in noise.
Can I customize what's in it?
Yes. You pick which of the 6 sections to include, the tone (professional, casual, direct, or coach), which VIPs to always flag, and what metrics you actually care about. All configured during the 30-minute onboarding call.
How long until it's running?
